CDRef Meeting: Thursday, March 20, 2025

6:30 - 8:00 PM at Christian Brothers Academy

This is the first CDRef association meeting for 2025.

The agenda includes:

  • CDRef Board Member Reports

  • CDYSL Zero Tolerance

  • Instruction

To officiate, you must be certified for 2025.

  • This includes registering and passing the Laws of the Game test on the ENY GameOfficials website.

  • You must attend the CDRef clinic on law changes.

  • You must pay the local CDRef dues of $40 ($50 for payment made after March 31, 2025).

For the 2025 soccer season, you will receive no assignments from the assignor until you fulfill the recertification meeting requirements and attendance.

  • Only plan to attend if you can stay until the end of the meeting.

  • You receive no credit for the meeting if you leave early.

Meeting schedule

CDRef generally holds a meeting every few months for members of the association.

CDRef will have an Annual Meeting each year, which is required for referees to attend.

Meetings are for members to learn about changes to the Laws of the Game, to learn more about ways to interpret the Laws of the Game, to learn about league specific updates, and to discuss any situations which may have occurred in your match.
