The Capital District Referee Association is a group dedicated to the development of soccer referee in the great Capital District of New York State. We are associated with the United States Soccer Federation (USSF) through the Eastern New York Soccer Association, Inc. We are committed to providing the highest quality refereeing through ongoing training and assessments of referees. CDRef’s general meetings to focus on instructional clinics for referees.
The first meeting is scheduled for December 17, 2014 at the Colonie Community Center, as follows:
Youth referees 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm (18 and under)
Adult Referees 7:30 pm – 6:30 pm

CDRef is doing online line testing through arbiter. If you are having any issues with online testing come to the final recertification meeting. The important part is to recertify.

RISK MANAGEMENT is required every two years – if you are 18 and over in 2014 you are required to have a risk assessment. go to http://www.sportssignup.com/enyysaref.start The fee is part of your registration if you are asked for a fee you are on the wrong page.
