CDRef instruction is provided under the direction of United States Soccer Federation (USSF) and Eastern New York Referee Association in accordance with rules, directives and interpretation of the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA).

CDRef instruction is overseen by Eugene Mednikov, Coordinator of Instruction.

The instructor team is committed to ensuring all referees are provided with training to improve their skills and maintain and awareness of new directives.

Referees are encouraged to contact Eugene Mednikov at instructor@cdref.org if additional information on training is desired.

Instruction is provided at many CDRef meetings.
