Mentoring
CDRef has organized a mentoring program for all new referees, now known as Referee Guides.
This extremely important program is designed to support new referees by providing trained experienced referees to ensure the new referee is successful and enjoying the referee experience.
The mentoring program is under the direction of Joe Davis.
